Project Overview
Dragon Agri Mall reflects GM’s ambitious vision to redefine agricultural support infrastructure in Egypt and the Middle East. More than a commercial destination, it is the first fully integrated agricultural hub developed in the heart of Wadi El Natrun—one of the region’s most strategic agricultural zones and a major contributor to Egypt’s agricultural exports.
Concept & Vision
Despite Wadi El Natrun’s vast agricultural potential, services and supplies have long remained fragmented, increasing operational costs and limiting supply-chain efficiency. Dragon Agri Mall was developed in response to this gap, bringing all agricultural needs from A to Z into one centralized destination.
The project is designed to serve farmers, investors, and local and international companies as the primary service and trading hub for the agricultural sector.
Integrated Agri Hub
Designed as a One-Stop Agri Hub, Dragon Agri Mall offers:
- Agricultural inputs and advanced farming solutions
- Machinery, equipment, and irrigation systems
- Agri-tech and sector-specific services
- Products and services supporting aquaculture
- Sales, service, and maintenance centers
The mall is organized into specialized categories covering fruit farming, olive cultivation and processing, aquaculture, agricultural mechanization, and advanced agri-technology—ensuring efficiency and professional service for each sector.
Strategic Location & Impact
Located in the core of Wadi El Natrun, the project serves thousands of surrounding farms and agricultural developments. Developed under a state usufruct system, Dragon Agri Mall reflects strong governmental support for agricultural growth and export-oriented infrastructure. The project aims to reposition an underexposed yet resource-rich area into a regional center for agricultural trade, investment, and technology exchange.
Partnerships & Investment Value
Dragon Agri Mall targets attracting major international agri-tech and equipment companies—particularly global manufacturers—to establish permanent presences within the mall. This creates technology transfer, competitive pricing, and direct market partnerships. As a long-term investment asset, the project goes beyond commercial leasing to build a sustainable agricultural ecosystem that enhances productivity, supports exports, and delivers lasting economic value.
